Introduction

Nepal Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong, going to organize a 3-day trade fair “Sourcing Nepal Hong Kong Showcase” every year during the days of Easter Holidays in Hong Kong.

Vision

Display Nepalese products and Hong Kong manufacturing products, and Professional services all under one roof.

  1. Bring over a million visitors from Local Chinese and other people from Asia Pacific Region.
  2. Inform Chinese visitors to know about Nepalese Products & Nepalese Professional Services.
  3. Inform Nepalese visitors to know about Hong Kong Manufacturing Products & their Services.

Fabrics, Textiles, Yarn, Rope, Leather products, Footwear, Chyangra, Pashmina, Knotted Carpets, Jute bags & Sacks, Handmade Paper, Paper Products, and Handicrafts, Readymade Garments and woolen products, Semi-precious Stone and Silver Jewelry, Rudrachya, Bodhichitta, Allo (Himalayan Nettle), Large Cardamom, Ginger, Tea, and Coffee, Churpi, Fruit, Juice, Honey, Instant noodles, Lentil, Vegetable, and Vegetable Seeds, and professional services, etc.

Hong Kong Products

Textiles and clothing, electrical machinery and appliances, office machinery, photographic apparatus, and a variety of other manufactured items, and Hong Kong Professional Service, etc.

Complimentary Ticket

Distribute over 1 million complimentary tickets to Chinese retail stores, Restaurants, Housing estates, and Chamber Organizations, and send invitation postcards to new occupation buildings.

Exhibition info and exhibitor promotional information will be showcased on online platforms, such as the Website, Facebook page, YouTube, Instagram, WeChat, Weibo.

Tote Bags Promotion

Tote Bags will be distributed to visitors during the exhibition period at the ticketing counter. Exhibitors are welcome to make advertisements on tote bags to increase brand exposure by having the visitors get in touch with the brand just at the door.

By free admission tickets at the ticketing counter, exhibitors’ messages can pass to target customers directly.

  • Participant Fee for NCCHK members: HK$10,000 for 3 days (Not fixed)

  • Facility: Partition, Fascia with company name, 2 spotlights, 1 information desk, 2 Chairs, Cleaning Service, Basic security service

Payments

A deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid upon confirmation. A cross cheque should be made payable to the “Nepal Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong” with the balance should be payable 1 month prior to the exhibition. Failure to pay on time will mean withdrawal from the exhibition. It is at the organizer’s sole discretion to re-sell the booth. The entire paid deposit will then be forfeited.
