To become a member, follow the steps.
1. Download Form

2. Open & Complete Form
Open the PDF (Adobe Acrobat Reader is required) & complete the form.
NOTE: The form should be completed fully, no blank field will be allowed.
3. Print & Sign
Print the completed form and sign with a blue or black pen.
4. Attachment
Scan the completed application form and the following documents.
- Completed Application Form
- Copy of Valid Business Registration Certificate
- Copy of ID Card
- Professional Certificate (If Young Professional Member)
- Student ID Card (If Student Member)
