Chairman of NCCHK, Mr. Lab Kumar Gurung singed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Chairman of LCC, Nepal Mr. Tek Prasad Pokharel at Kathmandu. The MOU was singed in the presence of NCCHK Patron, Mr. Jagannath Gyawali and politician Mr. Dinesh Rai.
