Nepal Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong  AGM 2022 was held on 22 Feb 2022. The AGM was called at 2:00 PM on the above date and Venue but with the insufficient quorum, the AGM was canceled. The AGM was called again at 3:15 PM.

The chairman was selected by the floor, Mr. Indra Wanem, the General Advisor of NCCHK, and the AGM were started.

First of all General Secretary Mr. Shashi Madan Rai welcomed the guest and presented the annual report 2022. The floor had passed the annual report 2022 after a short discussion.

In the second session, Mr. Rai presented the following proposal.
Proposal 1: Classification of Members:

1. Corporate Member:
   • Limited Company
   • Voting Rights
   • Fee HK$600/Year
2. Non-Corporate Member:
   • Non-Limited Company
   • Voting Rights
   • Fee HK$500/Year
3. Overseas Member:
   • All companies registered outside HK.
   • No Voting Rights
   • Fee HK$ 500/Year
4. Young Professional Member:
   • Age under 35
   • Professional Certificate
   • No Voting Rights
   • Fee HK$400/Year
5. Student Member:
   • Nepali Student studying in HK
   • Student Card
   • No Voting Rights
   • Fee: FREE

The AGM had passed the proposal. The details of the member facilities are described in the directive.

Proposal 2: Meeting date
The AGM had decided to change the meeting date to every First Wednesday of the month.

Proposal 3: Quorum
If the Nepal Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong meeting, general meeting, or convention is postponed without reaching the quorum, it can be called a second time at any time. Even if the meeting, general meeting, or convention called for the second time does not reach the quorum, it will be considered that the quorum has been reached.
The floor had passed the proposal.
