TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP
Choose the class that best matches your personal or organisation application. Membership is annual. General Member is the only ordinary voting class; voting rights remain subject to the Chamber’s governing documents. Honorary Membership is by Board invitation only and is not available through the online application.
1. General Member
For a Hong Kong organisation, including a company, partnership, sole proprietorship, trade body, NGO/association, or another eligible organisation. Applications are made through a representative.
Annual fee: HK$500.00 per year
Voting rights: Yes
2. Overseas Member
For an organisation registered or based outside Hong Kong.
Annual fee: HK$400.00 per year
Voting rights: No
3. Associate Member
For a professional or supporter applying as an individual, not on behalf of an organisation.
Annual fee: HK$300.00 per year
Voting rights: No
4. Student Member
For a student or early-career applicant applying as an individual.
Annual fee: HK$200.00 per year
Voting rights: No
5. Honorary Member
An invitation-only recognition category awarded by the Board. It is not an online application category.
Annual fee: HK$0.00
Voting rights: No
* Optional Patron Support
Patron Support is a separate contribution, not a membership class. The amount is HK$1,500.00 per year and it does not create membership or voting rights.
* Member activities and public directory
Members may connect through Chamber networking and activities. Any event-specific charges will be stated with each event. A public Member Directory listing is optional and requires separate consent from an eligible organisation member. A company website is displayed only when the member selects the website-inclusive consent scope.
